Cancellation policy: 

Momo&Co does not accept cancellation requests. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that quality of the product delivered is not good.

  1. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. Our team will look into your complaint and will take an appropriate decision.
  2. In case of any refunds approved, it will take 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed to you.
